We are excited to announce the Q3 2025 Release, bringing a substantial architectural refresh and new automation capabilities that enhance both operational efficiency and financial control.
This release deepens integrations with global partners like Mercedes-Benz USA, introduces advanced compliance screening and customs filing automation, and streamlines yard operations with new dedicated modules and workflow automation.

1. Advanced Integration and Connectivity

This quarter marks a major milestone in improving the speed, accuracy, and reliability of data exchange across critical logistics and compliance partners.

Mercedes-Benz EDI Integration

We’ve introduced two powerful integrations with the Mercedes-Benz USA EDI, giving partners improved visibility into their shipments and customs processes.

  • Bill of Lading (310) Exchange: The system now automatically sends ANSI X12 310 Bill of Lading messages to Mercedes-Benz, ensuring accurate vessel, voyage, and VIN data for faster customs clearance and improved inbound visibility.
  • Ocean Status Updates (315): The system transmits ANSI X12 315 Ocean Shipment Status messages, keeping Mercedes-Benz updated on every key milestone, from vessel departure to customs release for real-time logistics awareness.

Customs and Compliance Enhancements

We’ve extended our platform’s ability to manage complex export and compliance requirements seamlessly.

  • Dakosy Export Manifest Platform (EMP): Full integration with Dakosy EMP/ZAPP automates transmission of export declarations and manifests, supporting customs compliance at key European ports such as Hamburg.
  • F-Gas Regulation Compliance: The system now captures refrigerant type, fill amount, and automatically calculates CO₂e emissions, ensuring accurate compliance declarations and alignment with European environmental regulations.
  • Compliance Screening Workflow: A new feature for CRM and compliance users introduces automated screening of business partners during quotation and booking creation. The system tracks the screening status (Preliminary, KYC, EDD, Final) and automatically blocks booking creation until screening is complete, with email notifications for key status changes.
  • AES Message Expansion: Support for CC515C and CC928C message formats adds further robustness to customs communication and status tracking.

Visibility Platforms and Scheduling

  • Project44 (P44) Discharge Events: The platform now recognizes and transmits Container Discharged at Port of Discharge events whether received via EDI 315 or recorded manually ensuring end-to-end visibility from origin to final discharge.
  • INTTRA Schedule API: External platforms such as INTTRA can now query sailing schedules directly between two UN/LOCODE ports, supporting better coordination for multi-carrier routing.
  • ICO Terminal EDI 1.4 Compliance: Updates to meet the latest PNTS integration standards ensure stable and compliant communication with terminal operators.

2. Bill of Lading (BOL) and Documentation Enhancements

We’ve rebuilt core BOL processes to make documentation faster, more accurate, and easier to manage at scale.

  • Bulk BOL Editing with “Original Value” Support: When editing multiple Bills of Lading, differing field values are now displayed as “Original Value”, allowing users to modify, retain, or revert values with confidence.
  • Strict Grouping Rules: The system enforces logical grouping by Item Reference, ensuring that each BOL correctly represents a consistent cargo set.
  • Expanded Cargo Details: New data fields such as Container Number, Seal Number, and Commodity Category/Subcategory are now visible on both the system view and printed documents.
  • Total Price Calculation: Each BOL automatically displays a Total Price field, summarizing all related sales charges for immediate financial context.
  • Bulk Document Handling: Export shipments can now be selected in bulk for single-click downloading or printing of all key documents including Bill of Lading, Dock Receipt, and Booking Confirmation.

3. Smarter Yard Operations and Activity Management

Operational accuracy has taken another leap forward this quarter with new modules, automation logic, and improved field tracking.

  • Dedicated Yard Move Module: A new Yard Move module in the Desktop App (and matching Move List / Unit Move features in the Scanner App) enables precise tracking of internal vehicle movements.
  • Truck Out Module: Users can now scan VINs to assign units to outgoing trucks, confirming loaded vehicles and automatically updating inventory for real-time accuracy.
  • Bulk Activity Assignment: Activities, inspections, or workflows can now be assigned to multiple vehicles simultaneously, reducing repetitive work for yard teams.
  • Battery Level Tracking: Each vehicle now maintains a persistent Battery Level field (0–100%), updated automatically during battery check or charging activities, with filterable search options for low-battery alerts.
  • Automated Workflows: The system now supports full automation triggers such as auto-scheduling transport after workshop completion or auto-updating locations after a drop-off, improving end-to-end process flow.
  • Enhanced Handheld Experience: Users can now add inspections directly from the Scanner App, view Port of Discharge information, and select valid transport options using a Transport Lookup.

4. Reporting, Billing, and Administration

Q3 expands financial visibility and administrative control through enhanced reporting, new billing logic, and refined architecture.

Financial Reporting and Invoicing

  • Detailed Invoices: Activity and inspection invoices now include Activity Type, Outcome, Completion Date, and VIN, providing full traceability for every charge.
  • Profit Report by Voyage: Managers can generate profit-and-loss views per voyage, including Total Sales, Total Purchases, and resulting Balance.
  • Cargo Delivery Performance Report: Analyze delivery performance by Route, Agent, and Port of Discharge, with filters for year, month, and week.
  • Bulk Photo Download: Users can now export photos from multiple inspections at once, neatly organized by template and VIN.

Flexible Charging and Currency Handling

  • Advanced Charging Rules: Charging logic now supports conditions based on vehicle make and transport type (truck or vessel), offering precise, context-aware pricing.
  • Invoice Grouping Options: Users can now group invoices by Booking Reference or Item Reference, improving clarity for multi-shipment billing.
  • Currency Conversion Support: Prices can now be imported in any currency and automatically converted using the configured exchange rate for accurate financial reporting.

Architecture and Admin Improvements

  • Centralized Messaging Center: A new Messaging hub consolidates all communication modules (Messages, Jobs, Contacts, Groups, Subscriptions, Templates) for unified notification management.
  • Inspection Template Streamlining: Inspection Templates now directly hold their document template version, simplifying setup and reducing redundancy.
  • Voyage Editing Shortcuts: Users can update voyage ETA and ETS directly from booking or unit screens without leaving context.
  • OEM Terminology Mapping: Administrators can now configure OEM-specific labels, ensuring reports and documents match each partner’s preferred terminology and vocabulary.

Delivering Efficiency, Compliance, and Transparency

The Q3 2025 Release represents a major step forward in unifying logistics workflows from integration and compliance to yard management and billing.
By combining deeper connectivity with smarter automation, this release strengthens the foundation for scalable, compliant, and transparent global operations.
