These Terms of Service (“T&C”) constitute a legally binding agreement between Logisoft ("we," "us," "our") and you ("User," "you," "your") concerning your access to and use of our services, software, and platform (collectively, the “Solutions”) offered via https://logisoft.io.
By accessing or using the Solutions, you agree to these T&C. If you do not agree, you must cease using our Solutions immediately.
1. Eligibility
1.1 Age Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Solutions. Users under 18 may access the Solutions only with verifiable parental or guardian consent and under supervision. If we determine that you do not meet this requirement, we may suspend or terminate your account.
1.2 Business Entities
If you use the Solutions on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these T&C.
2. Account Registration and Security

You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration details. If any information changes, you are responsible for promptly updating it in your account settings or notifying us at app@logisoft.io.
2.2 Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access or use of your account.
3. Use of the Solutions
3.1 Permitted Use
The Solutions are designed specifically for businesses and individuals managing automotive logistics and Roll-on/Roll-off shipping operations. Acceptable uses include:
- Managing vehicle shipping logistics.
- Scheduling and monitoring terminal operations.
- Accessing tools to optimize workflows and manage shipments.
3.2 Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Solutions for unlawful or fraudulent activities.
- Tamper with or attempt to reverse-engineer the Solutions’ source code.
- Upload or share harmful content (e.g., viruses, malware).
- Violate any intellectual property or privacy rights.
3.3 Compliance with Laws
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those specific to transportation, logistics, and data protection.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
4.1 Plans and Pricing
Subscription options and pricing are detailed on our website. Payment is required in advance and is non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.
4.2 Changes to Pricing
We may adjust pricing or features at our sole discretion. We will notify you of material changes with reasonable advance notice.
5. Data Privacy
5.1 Privacy Policy
Your use of the Solutions is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Solutions, you consent to the collection, processing, and transfer of your data as described therein.
5.2 International Data Transfers
By using the Solutions, you acknowledge and agree that your data may be processed and stored in Cyprus or other countries where we operate, subject to applicable data protection laws.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property in the Solutions are the property of Logisoft or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.
7. Liability and Disclaimers
7.1 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Logisoft shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Loss of revenue, profit, or data.
7.2 No Warranties
The Solutions are provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted functionality.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Logisoft harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Solutions, breach of these T&C, or violation of applicable laws.
9. Dispute Resolution
9.1 Governing Law
These T&C are governed by the laws of Cyprus.
9.2 Arbitration
Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration laws.
10. Amendments
We may update these T&C periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or notification through the Solutions. Your continued use of the Solutions constitutes acceptance of the revised T&C.
11. Severability
If any provision of these T&C is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
