An express bill of lading is a type of bill of lading that obliges the carrier to deliver
all the items to the named consignee without issuing an original bill of lading.
Express bills of lading are non-negotiable in nature and are usually used when the
consignee does not require the payment of the shipping goods to be paid before
these goods are received at the point of destination.
