Export declaration is a statement that the exporter at the port of export submits and
is used by customs to control the exports.
It includes information about the goods being shipped, the types of shipments, the
value of the shipment, and the export transaction. The export cannot take place if
this statement is not presented by the exporter, owner of goods, or the agent.
