Customs Clearance

Customs clearance is the process of passing goods and packages through customs
to be able to import and export items into and out of countries whether by land, air,
or sea. The freight forwarder is typically the party that handles the customs
clearance but in some cases, a customs broker can be hired to take care of this
process.
