Binding Origin Information

A Binding Origin Information is a written certification of the origin of your
packages that is binding in the European Union. It is also binding on the holder and
on the EU customs authorities. The BOI is not mandatory for you to obtain, but
using it will clarify what you need to know about the origin of your goods.
